  • How Long To Get Signed Up?
    Depending on whether you need a new phone number or porting from a previous carrier we can get you up and running the same day. Setup is easy and seamless using all digital signatures and forms so we can get you up and running immediately.
  • How Much Money Can You Save Me?
    We typically can save our clients 15%-25% and sometimes higher depending on what service you were previously using. We will analyze your previous phone bill at no cost and let you know right away the cost savings we can pass along with a new feature rich system.
  • Do You Install New Phones or Do I have To?
    What sets RingGenius apart from our national competition is our white glove installation service if requested. We send a team of technicians to your businesses to not only install the new system but to train as well. Once your training is complete as part of our service we visit you a week later to tweak or re-train on an feature requested.
  • Do We Purchase or Lease the Phones?
    We offer both options! If you would like to fully own your equipment and have a lower monthly bill, you can purchase your phones starting at as little as $75 per device. If you prefer to lease phones, that's ok too. We'll just add the cost to your monthly bill!
  • Is your local onsite installation and support an extra cost?

  • Am I tied into long term contracts or can I cancel at any time?
    We offer flexible options depending on the client's need. You can do a 3-year contract or no contract at all, whatever fits your business needs.

    No we don’t nickel and dime. All our features are included in our low monthly cost.
  • Is it possible to get the phone system hardware for free or at a low cost?
    Yes we offer several options including free up front equipment with longer term contracts or no contracts with the purchase of your equipment up front.
  • Will my monthly fees ever increase?
    Our goal is to keep you phone service consistent while increasing features and benefits.
  • I have offices in multiple states. Can you provide service nationwide?
    Yes we can install our phones anywhere in the US or Canada.
